The governor of Sulaimani said that decentralization will be implemented in the history of the Kurdistan Regional Government and this will play a major role in the prosperity and revival of cities and towns.

  

 Sulaimani Governor Haval Abubakr said that for the first time in the history of the Kurdistan Regional Government, the demands made to the government in Sulaimani and Halabja provinces, not to remain at the level of promises, but will be answered in action and their project to the borders of both provinces  be implemented.

  

 He said: Today, the administrative and financial authority for the provinces and autonomous administrations of Sulaimani and Halabja, which will be an important step and a reason for the progress of the work and duties of local governments.

  

 He said the services will affect the performance of the local governments of Sulaimani, Halabja and Garmian Autonomous Administration and the people of the region and will improve the level of services and implement the demands of the people.
