The Gorran Movement congratulates the citizens of the Kurdistan Region on the occasion of the New Year.  The region is currently going through major and expected changes and calls on all parties to put aside their differences in the spirit of national responsibility.

  

 The movement also called for the reactivation of the Kurdistan parliament and the formation of a new government after 70 days of elections.

  

 They say that the new year, the Gorran Movement will begin with a change in the discourse and new political methodology in the advancement of the voice and legitimate demands of the people, with the aim of monitoring and improving the role of official institutions.

 Happy New Year

 On the occasion of the New Year 2025, we warmly congratulate all citizens inside and outside the Kurdistan Region.

 As we enter a new year, the region is moving towards new and rapid changes, our people are facing a series of opportunities, challenges and expected developments.  The Gorran Movement, as a responsible national force, has a national program and line for the Kurdistan Region.  He believes that the changes require all parties to put aside the conflicts in the spirit of national responsibility and play their important role in this historic moment, in order to reduce the challenges and take advantage of opportunities for a better future for our people.

 Regarding the situation in the Kurdistan Region, the lives of employees and citizens are bad due to the delay of two months of salaries in 2024, however, (70) days have passed since the sixth session of the Kurdistan Parliament  The needs and concerns of the people should be put first.

 Therefore, we in the Gorran Movement will start a new year of advancing the voices and legitimate demands of the people by changing our new political discourse and methodology, with the aim of monitoring and improving the role of official institutions and representing the concerns and demands of citizens.

 Finally, we hope that the New Year will be a year of prosperity and improvement of the lives of our citizens.
