KNN knew that Mazlum Abdi arrived in Erbil on Wednesday on a private US plane from West Kurdistan and met with Massoud Barzani separately for an hour, then returned to West Kurdistan on the same US plane.  

 

 A source told KNN that Abdi arrived in Erbil with the direct assistance and knowledge of the Americans and discussed the situation in Syria with Massoud Barzani

The PDK leader told the SDF commander-in-chief that they should coordinate with the AKS Party in Syria to join the Syrian government, but Abdi made it clear to Barzani that they had been training SDF for years. They are dealing with civilians and they have no conditions for negotiations and are not ready  The AK Party should impose conditions on them.

 Abdi told Barzani that the Kurds would join the Syrian government, but on condition that their borders and territory were protected. They also discussed that Barzani would be the mediator between Ahmad Shara and the Kurds and would convey the message to the transitional president through his representative.

 Barzani told Abdi that they are trying to be part of the peace process in Turkey as it has begun. Abdi said that Turkey must first stop its attacks. Talking about the peace process without ending the Turkish attacks on the Tishrin Dam makes no sense  It shouldn't be.
