Turkey bombed the border of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRG) last night, a member of an American organization said that this is the eighth air strike of the Turkish army on the Kurdistan Region since Ocalan's message.
Kamran Osman, a member of the CPT, told KNN that the Turkish army attacked Mount Linki in Dereluk district of Amedi district last night.
The Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) guerrillas responded to the attack by firing, but no civilians were killed.
"Turkey has carried out eight air strikes on Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) territory since Ocalan's message was released on February 27," he said.
