Istanbul Security Directorate teams have arrested seven people in connection with the murder of Hakim Luqman in an operation in the city's Fatih district.



 Seven people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Kurdish citizen Hakim Luqman in Istanbul, Turkish media reported.

  

 One of the detainees, Khayreddin, is accused of killing Hakim Luqman, who was hiding in a house, while another, Ugur, was a guard at the place where Luqman was killed.

  

 Hakim Luqman was attacked and stabbed to death two hours after he arrived in Istanbul with his cousin and brother from Dubai on the night of August 31. His relatives say his son was killed only because he spoke Kurdish.
