A delegation from the Political Bureau of the Islamic Union of Kurdistan (IU) visited the Gorran Movement today.   Both sides are defending the legitimate demands of the citizens as two opposition forces.

  

 Diler Abdulkhaliq, spokesman of the Gorran Movement, said in a press conference that the delegation of the Islamic Union visited the main forum of the Gorran Movement.  They congratulated the Islamic Union on the success of its congress.

  

 He added that the meeting discussed the common vision of both sides for the next phase of the political process in the Kurdistan Region and want both sides to remain as two opposition forces.

  

 He said: Together as two opposition forces to defend the legitimate demands of citizens who have been facing the wall of silence of the political authorities in the Kurdistan Region for many years.

  

 He said that both sides agreed to continue to serve the people on the basis of their successful history and in the next phase in parliament and as two opposition forces to meet the demands of the people.
